Professor Vikram Kapila has made many presentations on Introduction to Robotics as listed below.

1. To 25 high school students participating in Polytechnic University's Youth in Engineering and Science (YES) outreach program on August 1, 2003.

2. To 30 high school seniors and their parents during their visit to Polytechnic University on September 26, 2003.

3. To over 200 Polytechnic freshmen in the freshmen engineering course EG1004 on October 8, 2003.

4. To 30 high school students attending the 2003 student conference of National Consortium for Specialized Secondary Schools of Mathematics, Science and Technology (NCSSSMST) on October 24, 2003.

   • Sang-Hoon Lee, a member of Mechatronics @ Poly, appeared on the front page of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, October 27, 2003, demonstrating a Hexapod robot to the participants of 2003 student conference of National Consortium for Specialized Secondary Schools of Mathematics, Science and Technology (NCSSSMST).
