Mechatronics Lab graduate student wins 3rd prize in the Simulink Student Video Challenge.
Mathworks today announced its winners for the
Simulink Student Video Challenge (See Here). The
competition received 23 student entries. NYU-Poly graduate student Jared Alan Frank, who conducts his research in the Mechatronics Lab,
won the 3rd prize for his submission "iPhone-Controlled Laboratory". Jared conducted his research under NSF's Research Experience for
Teachers Site project at NYU-Poly. Since 2009, he has worked on the development of iPhone Apps for robot control in collaboration with
NYC middle and high school teachers.
